Common use of Licensed Drivers Clause in Contracts

Licensed Drivers. No person may drive a Company owned vehicle for any purpose or under any circumstances without a current and valid Driver’s Licence. During any period of suspension of licence of a designated driver, the vehicle must be garaged on Company premises. Drivers must observe all laws and regulations regarding the operation and parking of Company vehicles. Penalties incurred through the conviction or on-the-spot fines for breaches of road laws or parking infringements are the sole responsibility of the driver.
