Licensed Clients Clause Samples

The "Licensed Clients" clause defines which clients are authorized to use the products, services, or intellectual property covered by the agreement. It typically specifies the names or categories of clients who are permitted access, and may outline any restrictions or conditions on their use. By clearly identifying the scope of authorized users, this clause helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures that only designated clients benefit from the license, thereby protecting the licensor’s rights and maintaining contractual clarity.
