License under the Sunesis and Joint Collaboration Technology to Target Selective Compounds. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Section 6.1.2 above), Sunesis hereby grants to Biogen Idec a worldwide, exclusive license under the Sunesis Collaboration Technology and Sunesis’ interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology, in each case with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses as provided in Section 6.5, to research, develop, make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, sell and otherwise exploit Target Selective Compounds for any purpose, without regard to the mechanism of action of such Target Selective Compound, alone or as incorporated into a Product.
