Common use of License Type Clause in Contracts

License Type. o Perpetual Access to full content after cancellation Perpetual access may be provided by local loading of the content by Licensee or the Member Institution for access as provided for under Schedule 2 or by entering into a separate agreement with a Member or a duly authorized representative (e.g. a consortium acting on behalf of the Member) at any point in the term of this License Agreement, for perpetual local loading and alternate hosting of the Licensed Materials on the Member’s server or a third-party server, as designated by the Member, or at the vendor's site after termination of the remainder of the contract, in which case reasonable fee(s) for ongoing access may apply.
