License to access and use the Software – Partner. 3.1 If Licensee is a Partner then the provisions of Part 3 (Full License) above shall apply, save that the Software licensed under the Developer License may only be used for the purpose of: 3.1.1 training Licensee’s internal users in the operation of the Software; 3.1.2 demonstrating the features and functionality of the Software to potential End Users in an environment that is wholly under the control of Licensee; and 3.1.3 developing, maintaining and testing Process Automations for use by its End Users who themselves hold valid Evaluation Licenses or Full Licenses in automating their business procedures. 3.2 The Software licensed to a Partner under a Developer License may not be used in a production environment in order to operate any Licensee related business procedure, any End User business procedure or for any other purpose not expressly permitted by Clause 3.1 of this Developer License.
