LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. Municipality agrees to be bound by any additional requirements and/or restrictions, which may be imposed by the Environmental Protection Agency, the RI Department of Environmental Management, or any other local agency, as a requirement of its operating license(s) or by a change in the regulations.
