License Registrations Sample Clauses
License Registrations. CPC may, at its expense, register the licenses granted under this Agreement in any country of, or community or association of countries in, the Territory. Maxygen shall reasonably cooperate in such registration at CPC’s expense. Upon request by CPC, Maxygen agrees promptly to execute any “short form” licenses developed in a form reasonably acceptable to both Maxygen and CPC and reasonably submitted to it by CPC from time to time in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country. No such “short form” license shall be deemed to amend or be used to interpret this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such a license or other recordation document and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
License Registrations. Company may, at its expense, register the exclusive licenses granted under this Agreement in any country of, or community or association of countries in, the Territory. AMYRIS shall reasonably cooperate in such registration at Company’s expense. Upon request by Company, AMYRIS agrees promptly to execute any "short form" licenses developed in a form reasonably acceptable to both Company and AMYRIS and reasonably submitted to it by Company from time to time in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country. No such "short form" license shall be deemed to amend or be used to interpret this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such a license or other recordation document and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
License Registrations. GSK may, at its expense, register the License granted hereunder in any country of, or community or association of countries in, the Territory. SGI shall reasonably cooperate in such registration at GSK’s expense. Upon request by GSK, SGI agrees promptly to execute any “short form” licenses developed in a form reasonably acceptable to both GSK and SGI and reasonably submitted to it by GSK from time to time in order to affect the foregoing registration in such country. No such “short form” license will be deemed to amend or be used to interpret this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such a license or other recordation document and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.

No such "short form" license shall be deemed to amend or be used to interpret this Agreement. Upon request by Roche, Maxygen agrees promptly to execute any “short form” licenses developed in a form reasonably acceptable to both Roche and Maxygen and reasonably submitted to it by Roche from time to time in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country. No such “short form” license shall be deemed to amend or be used to interpret this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such a license or other recordation document and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
