License of Intellectual Property. During the term of this Agreement and any extension or renewals thereof, each of the party's hereto hereby grants royalty free to the other party hereto the non-exclusive right and license to use any and all trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property rights owned by the granting party.
