License Grant to Auxilium. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on the Effective Date, BTC hereby grants to Auxilium an exclusive license under the Licensed Technology to research, Develop, use, Commercialize, market, sell and distribute the Product for the Field in the Territory.
