License Grant and Scope. Subject to and conditioned upon your payment of the License Fees and strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license during the Term to use, solely by and through your Authorized Users, the Software and Documentation, solely as set forth in this Section 2.
