Common use of License for the Software Component Clause in Contracts

License for the Software Component. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, We grant You a limited, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except, where applicable, to Your Affiliate(s) pursuant to Section 4.1) license for the Territory during the applicable Order Form Term and in accordance with the Scope to integrate, use, copy, store and transmit the Software Component in order to integrate the Software Component into Your App and distribute the Software Component as part of Your App as set out in the applicable Order Form(s).
