License for the Software Component Sample Clauses

License for the Software Component. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant You a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for the Territory during the applicable Order Form Term and in accordance with the Scope to integrate, use, copy, store and transmit the Software Component in order to integrate the Software Component into Your App and distribute the Software Component as part of Your App as set out in the applicable Order Form(s). (b) Only to the extent it is agreed in the applicable Order Form to permit those of Your Affiliates as set forth in such Order Form to access and use the Software Component in accordance with this Agreement and such Order Form, the license granted in this clause shall extend to such Affiliates; provided that You (i) ensure such Affiliates are made aware of and comply with the terms of this Agreement, and the Order Form, and (ii) shall be responsible and liable for any breach of this Agreement and/or Order Form by any such Affiliates.
