License and Permit Fees. Fees prepaid, accrued or due and payable for Permits transferred to Purchaser shall be prorated as of the Cut Off Time. Seller shall receive a credit for all deposits made by Seller under the Permits which are actually transferred to Purchaser or which remain on deposit for the benefit of Purchaser.
