Licences etc. The Target owns, possesses, or has obtained and is in compliance with, all licences, permits, certificates, orders, grants and other authorizations of or from any Governmental Entity necessary to conduct the Target Business as now conducted except for such failure that would not individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect on the Target.
