LICENCE TO USE THE TRADEMARK. 6.1 By virtue of the present agreement and during the term of it, the Scheme grants to the Producer - and the Producer accepts under the terms and conditions of the present- the non exclusive right to use the Trademark as it is described in Annex C of the present. The Producer as evidence of his participation in the Scheme shall be able to identify the appliances of E.E.E that are subject to collective alternative management by APPLIANCES RECYCLING S.A for the entire territory of Greece.

The Producer as evidence of his participation in the Scheme shall be able to identify the appliances of E.E.E that are subject to collective alternative management by APPLIANCES RECYCLING S.A for the entire territory of Greece.
