Library Improvements. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Free Library staff, the Library Commission, and the Friends of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Free Library are in the process of planning future renovations to the Library. The Library has completed the Schematic Design Phase and has begun fundraising. The restoration and preservation components of the Library project are expected to begin at the end of calendar year 2024. The City agrees to work in good faith with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to coordinate Developer’s planned improvements for the Memorial Block with the improvements the City has planned for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Free Library. This reference is to ensure that efforts to redevelop the Memorial Block are coordinated with the Library’s efforts.
