LIBRARY CARD. All continuing employees shall be provided, free of charge, a library card entitling the holder the use of facilities as enjoyed by the rest of the University community. Upon retirement, an employee shall receive a renewable lifetime library card entitling him to all privileges as enjoyed by the rest of the University community.
