Common use of Liberalization Clause in Contracts

Liberalization. If the Company obtains approval for any state filing in the jurisdiction in which this Policy is issued that would expand coverage under this Policy without additional premium at any time during the current Policy Period, the expanded coverage will immediately apply to this Policy, except that it will not apply to Claims that were first made against an Insured prior to the effective date of such approval.
