Liberalization. If we adopt any revision which would broaden the coverage under this certificate without additional premium within sixty (60) days prior to or during the coverage period, the broadened coverage will immediately apply to this certificate.

Liberalization. If the State Board of Insurance adopts a revision which would broaden or extend the coverage under this policy without additional premium within 45 days prior to or during the policy period, the broadened or extended coverage will immediately apply to this policy.
Liberalization. If We adopt any revision which would broaden the coverage under this Policy without additional premium within sixty (60) days prior to or during the coverage period, the broadened coverage will immediately apply to this Policy.
Liberalization. If we adopt any amendment that would broaden the coverage under any coverage part without additional premium, the broadened coverage will immediately apply to the coverage part, unless otherwise stated.
Liberalization. If a revision of a form or endorsement which would broaden coverage without an additional premium is adopted during the policy period, or within 60 days before this coverage is effective, the broadened coverage will apply. However, this does not apply to revisions adopted as part of an overall program revision that both broadens and restricts coverage, whether "we" bring about the program revision by introducing:

If the Company adopts any revision that would broaden coverage under this policy form G-118011-A without additional premium at any time during the policy period, the broadened coverage will immediately apply to this Policy except that it will not apply to claims that were first made against the Insured prior to the effective date of such revision.

Governing Law This policy is deemed negotiated and entered into the state in which it was delivered, and any rights, remedies, or obligations provided for in this policy, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with that state. Policy Endorsements & Declarations Changes You may request a change to the terms of this policy, other than changes to coverage and endorsement limits, at any time prior to the expiration date of the policy. If the change is approved a new policy form will be issued. The new policy will be subject to the Waiting Period and the determination of Pre-existing Conditions. This rule does not apply to a policy change made due to the following conditions:

If the Company obtains approval for any state filing in the jurisdiction in which this Policy is issued that would expand coverage under this Policy without additional premium at any time during the current Policy Period, the expanded coverage will immediately apply to this Policy, except that it will not apply to Claims that were first made against an Insured prior to the effective date of such approval.
Liberalization. If we adopt a revision of forms during a policy period which broadens the Commercial Property Coverage without additional premium, the broadened coverage will automatically apply to this policy. This also applies if we adopt the revision within 60 days before or during the policy period.
