Liability of Trade Republic in commission transactions. The Customer may view the liability rules and exclusions applicable to the respective execution venue in the mobile Application prior to placing an order. Until the conclusion of an execution transaction, Trade Republic is only liable for the careful selection and instruction of an intermediate commission agent. In all other respects, the provisions of the law of instructions of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch - “BGB”) and the commission law of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch - “HGB”) shall apply.
