Common use of LIABILITY OF CONNECTICUT GENERAL Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY OF CONNECTICUT GENERAL. Connecticut General’s liability for reinsurance under this Agreement shall follow that of Integrity Life in every case, and be subject in all respects to the general stipulations, terms, clauses, conditions, waivers and modifications of the policies issued by Integrity Life as supplemented. In no event shall Connecticut General have any reinsurance liability unless the policy issued by Integrity Life is in force and the underwriting and issuance of coverage by Integrity Life constitutes the doing of business in a state of the United States of America in which Integrity Life is properly licensed and authorized to do business.
