Common use of Liability Insurance - Lessee Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Comprehensive General Liability insurance in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence of bodily injury and property damage combined and shall name Lessor as an additional insured against liability arising out of the use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises. Compliance with the above requirement shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.

Liability Insurance - Lessee. Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, shall obtain and keep in force during the term Term of this Lease lease a policy of Comprehensive General Liability insurance in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence of bodily injury combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and property damage combined Property Damage Insurance, insuring Lessor and shall name Lessor as an additional insured Lessee against any liability arising out of the use, use or occupancy or maintenance of the Premises. Compliance with the above requirement shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunderPremises and all areas appurtenant thereto in an amount not less than $500,000 per occurrence.

Compliance with Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000.00 per occurrence. The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the above requirement shall not, however, limit the liability indemnity provisions of Lessee hereunder.this

Compliance with the above requirement shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.. 8.2

The policy shall insure performance by Lessee of the above requirement indemnity provisions of this paragraph. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder.Lessee. 11.3
