Liability for Service Interruptions. From time to time, due to maintenance, malfunctions or failures of software, equipment, or telecommunications devices, as well as unusual transaction volume or similar reasons, access to your Account may not be available to you. Access to your Account may also be interrupted as a result of things beyond our reasonable control, computer failures, loss of power, failure or interruption of communication or transportation facilities, riots, strikes, or civil unrest. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses that you may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of the unavailability of access to your Account, regardless of whether it could be shown that we could have prevented or reduced the duration of such unavailability by taking any action within our reasonable control.
