Common use of Liability for Premium Clause in Contracts

Liability for Premium. Neither the Intercreditor Agent, the Security Agent nor the Secured Parties shall be liable for the payment of any premium under this Policy although they may choose to pay the premium. This shall not relieve the Company from its obligations to pay any premium under this Policy.
