Liability for “Forward Delivery. 7.1 Notwithstanding anything contrary contained in this Agreement, the maximum liability of BFRS per shipment will be INR 5000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) in case of a claim under this Agreement (due to any reason including damage, lost, theft, etc.) by the User, provided that such claim is raised by the User within the timelines specified under this Agreement and, in any event, not later than thirty (30) days from the shipment pick up date - failing which the User forfeits and waves its rights for such claim.
