Liability for False statements. If any company or elgin Community Col- lege suffers a loss because of false statement contained in the documents submitted in connection with coverage for a domestic partner or as a consequence of the failure to notify Human Resources of a changed circum- stance, the company, or elgin Community College, will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees in addition to damages for such losses.
