Liability for Damages Suffered by Third Parties. 14.4.1 Each Party shall be solely and entirely liable for all loss, damage or bodily injury (including death) sustained, whether directly or indirectly, by any Third Party, which is caused by such Party or its Associates arising out of or relating to the performance by such Party of this Agreement.
