Launch Risk Guarantee Sample Clauses
Launch Risk Guarantee. GLLC shall have the possibility to purchase a Soyuz Launch Risk Guarantee (LRG) Option, for any Launch Services performed under this Agreement. If this option is exercised, in the event of a Launch Failure, STARSEM shall provide a Reflight as described below. The option shall be exercised before L*- 5 months and exact terms of the policy shall be settled at that time.
Launch Risk Guarantee. 4.3.1 CUSTOMER shall have the right to exercise the Launch Risk Guarantee by electing either the Refund Option or the Reflight Option by written request received by ARIANESPACE no later than [***] months following the Conversion Date.

1.1 shall be increased by the amount obtained by multiplying the said price(s) by [***]. This amount shall not be refundable.
