Common use of Liability; Default Clause in Contracts

Liability; Default. Client’s failure to timely settle a Custom Price Order or pay costs in relation thereof in accordance with this Annex will constitute a default under the PBA. Client is responsible for all debits, costs, commissions, and losses arising from any actions Coinbase must take to liquidate or close Custom Price Orders.
