LIABILITIES IN EVENT OF TERMINATION. CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT THIS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made as of February 11, 1997, by and among Apple Orthodontix, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Apple"), Stanley D.
