Common use of Levering Clause in Contracts

Levering. 6.2.1. Supplier shall in due time before delivery obtain delivery instructions from Buyer. As soon as possible and at the latest at shipment, Supplier shall notify Buyer of the effected shipment so that the receipt of the Deliverables may be properly prepared. 6.2.1. Zo snel als mogelijk en uiterlijk bij verzending zal de Leverancier de Koper informeren van de uitgevoerde verzending zodat de ontvangst van de Zaken op passende wijze kan worden voorbereid. 6.2.2.
