Level Three - Board. (a) If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision, or within six (6) days after the meeting, file the grievance for appeal with the Board. (b) The Board shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, meet with the aggrieved teacher and with his/her representatives for the purpose of resolving the grievance. (c) The Board shall, within fifteen (15) days after such meeting, render its decision and the reasons hereof in writing to the aggrieved teacher with a copy to the Association.
