Level One Procedure. a. If the informal meeting is not successful in resolving the situation, the Grievant shall submit a grievance to the Principal or immediate supervisor by completing Grievance Form No. 1. b. A conference shall be held between the Grievant and the Respondent within five school days of the submission of Grievance Form No. 1. The Respondent shall render a decision to the Grievant within five school days after the conference using Grievance Form No. 2.
