Level Four - PELRB Sample Clauses

Level Four - PELRB. If satisfactory settlement has not been reached after Level Three above, the Board may submit the grievance to the PELRB under RSA 273-A:5 I (h) and RSA 273-A:6. The PELRB will respond under its authority given by law.
