Common use of Letters in Lieu Clause in Contracts

Letters in Lieu. Seller and Buyer shall execute and deliver all necessary letters in lieu of transfer orders directing all purchasers of production to pay Buyer the proceeds attributable to production from the Assets from and after the Effective Time.

Letters in Lieu.
