The allegations contained in the complaint(s) are summarized as follows: In accordance with Article 8, I am scheduling a meeting to discuss this matter with you for (Date) 20 at (time) a.m./p.m. in room (Number & Building) . If it is not convenient for you to attend at this time, please contact my office immediately at (Telephone #) to arrange an alternative time. Normally, if you fail to attend such a meeting without reasonable cause, you implicitly waive the opportunity to discuss the substance of the complaint(s). Should you not attend and if in my judgement further action is warranted, I shall have no option but to proceed without benefit of your input. If you do not plan on attending a meeting to discuss the matter, I would appreciate notice as soon as possible. You are entitled to have a union representative present at this meeting, and a copy of this letter has been sent to CUPE 3903.
