Common use of Letter of Credit Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit Accommodations. (a) Subject to and upon the terms and conditions contained herein, at the request of Administrative Borrower on behalf of itself or any other Borrower, Administrative and Collateral Agent agrees, for the ratable risk of each Revolving Loan Lender according to its Pro Rata Share, to provide or arrange for Letter of Credit Accommodations for the account such Borrower containing terms and conditions acceptable to Administrative and Collateral Agent and the issuer thereof. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral Agent or any Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.

(a) Subject to and upon the terms and conditions contained herein, at the request of a Borrower (or Administrative Borrower on behalf of itself or any other such Borrower), Administrative and Collateral Agent agrees, for the ratable risk of each Revolving Loan Lender according to its Pro Rata Share, Share of Revolving Loans to provide or arrange for Letter of Credit Accommodations for the account of such Borrower containing terms and conditions acceptable to Administrative and Collateral Agent and the issuer thereof. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral or on behalf of Agent or any Revolving Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations provided to or for the benefit of a Borrower shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to such Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.

(a) Subject to and upon the terms and conditions contained hereinherein and in the Letter of Credit Documents, at the request of Administrative Borrower on behalf of itself or any other Borrower, Administrative and Collateral Agent agrees, for the ratable risk of each Revolving Loan Lender according to its Pro Rata Share, to provide or arrange for cause Issuing Bank, and Issuing Bank agrees to issue, one of more Letter of Credit Accommodations for the account such Borrower of Borrowers containing terms and conditions acceptable to Administrative and Collateral Agent and the issuer thereofIssuing Bank. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral or on behalf of Agent or any Revolving Loan Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties Issuing Bank in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations provided to or for the benefit of any Borrower shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to Borrower Borrowers pursuant to this Section 22 (or Special Agent Advances as the case may be).

(a) Subject to to, and upon the terms and conditions contained herein, at the request of Administrative Borrower Borrowers' Agent on behalf of itself or any other a Borrower, Administrative and Collateral Lenders' Agent agrees, as agent for the ratable Lenders for their several, but not joint, credit risk of each Revolving Loan Lender according to its Pro Rata Shareon a pro rata basis in accordance with their Commitment Percentages, to provide or arrange for Letter of Credit Accommodations for the account of such Borrower containing terms and conditions acceptable to Administrative and Collateral Lenders' Agent and the issuer thereof. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral Lenders' Agent or any Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to such Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.

Letter of Credit Accommodations. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral or on behalf of Agent or any Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations provided to or for the benefit of any Borrower shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to such Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.

(a) Subject to to, and upon the terms and conditions contained herein, at the request of Administrative a Borrower other than a Disqualified Borrower or Tenex (or Borrower Agent on behalf of itself or any other such Borrower), Administrative and Collateral Agent agrees, for the ratable risk of each Revolving Loan Lender according to its Pro Rata Share, to provide or arrange for Letter of Credit Accommodations for the account of such Borrower containing terms and conditions acceptable to Administrative and Collateral Agent and the issuer thereof. Any payments made by Administrative and Collateral Agent or any Lender to any issuer thereof and/or related parties in connection with the Letter of Credit Accommodations shall constitute additional Revolving Loans to such Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.
