Common use of LET Clause in Contracts

LET. The Lessor hereby lets to the Lessee who rents the Site for the purposes of erecting and occupying a private dwelling on the Site subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Lease Agreement and in the Diamond Shareholders Agreement.

LET. The Lessor hereby lets to the Lessee who rents the Designated Site for the purposes of erecting and occupying a private dwelling on the Designated Site subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Lease Agreement and in the Diamond Platinum Shareholders Agreement.
