Common use of LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. The Lessor shall have the right at any time to enter the premises occupied by the Equipment to inspect the use and care of the Equipment. If the Lessor determines that the Equipment is not being cared for or used properly, the Lessor may remove the Equipment from the premises.
