Common use of LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. At all times during Lessee's business hours, Lessor shall have the right to enter the premises where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. At all times during Lessee's business hours, Lessor shall have the right at any time during business hours to enter the premises where of Lessee at which Lessee keeps the Equipment is located and shall be given free access thereto and afforded necessary facilities for the purpose of inspecting the Equipmentinspection.

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. At Lessor shall at any and all times during Lessee's business hours, Lessor shall hours have the right to enter into and upon the premises where the Equipment is located Property for the purpose of inspecting both the Property and the Equipment or observing its use. Lessee shall give Lessor immediate notice of any attachment or other judicial process affecting the Equipment.

LESSOR'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. At all times during Lessee's business hours, Lessor shall have the right at any time, during Lessee’s normal business hours, to enter the premises where occupied by the Equipment is located equipment and shall be given free access to and afforded necessary facilities for the purpose of inspecting the Equipmentequipment.
