Common use of LESSOR'S LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S LIABILITY. If Lessor is in default under this Lease and, if as a consequence of such default, Lessee recovers a money judgment against Lessor, such judgment may be satisfied only out of the right, title and interest of Lessor in the Leased Premises as the same may then be encumbered and neither Lessor nor any person or entity comprising Lessor has any liability for any deficiency. In no event does Lessee have the right to levy execution against any property of Lessor nor any person or entity comprising Lessor other than its interest in the Leased Premises as herein expressly provided.
