Common use of LESSOR'S BANK ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S BANK ACCOUNT. The Security Deposit, Transaction Fee, Rent and any other payment due under this Lease will be paid by wire transfer of immediately available U.S. Dollar funds to LESSOR's bank account at: (CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED) or to such other bank account in the U.S. as LESSOR may from time to time designate by written notice ("LESSOR'S BANK"). When it is stated in this Lease that an installment of the Security Deposit, the monthly Rent or any other payment is due or must be paid or made by LESSEE by a specific date, then such payment actually must be received by LESSOR's Bank on or before such specific date, even if, in order for such payment to be received by LESSOR's Bank by such specific date, LESSEE must initiate the wire transfer prior to such specific date.
