Common use of Lessor will Clause in Contracts

Lessor will. (1) have no duty to make, or liability arising from any such visit, inspection or survey; and (2) for so long as a Default has not occurred and is continuing, not exercise such right other than on reasonable notice so as not to disrupt unreasonably the commercial operations of Lessee.
