Lessor will Sample Clauses
Lessor will. (1) have no duty to make, or liability arising from any such visit, inspection or survey; and
(2) for so long as a Default has not occurred and is continuing, not exercise such right other than on reasonable notice so as not to disrupt unreasonably the commercial operations of Lessee.
Lessor will. Assign the lessee a cart for the round requested. Any cart from the rental fleet may be assigned.
