The Lessee's Statement clause requires the lessee to provide a written declaration or confirmation regarding specific facts or conditions related to the lease, such as the status of rent payments, the absence of defaults, or the current terms of the lease. LESSEE'S STATEMENT. Lessee shall furnish to Lessor, within ten (10) days after written request therefore from Lessor, a copy of the then most recent annual report of Lessee. It is mutually agreed that Lessor may deliver a copy of such statement to any mortgagee or prospective mortgagee of Lessor, or any prospective purchaser of the leased premises, but otherwise Lessor shall treat such statements and information contained therein as confidential.

Lessee shall at any tine and from time to time upon not less than three (3) days' prior written notice from Lessor execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor a statement in writing, (a) certifying that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or, if modified, stating the nature of such modification and certifying that this Lease as so modified is in full force and effect), and the date to which the rental and other charges are paid in advance, if any, and (b) acknowledging that there are not, to Lessee's knowledge, any uncured defaults on the part of the Lessor hereunder or specifying such default if any are claimed, and (c) setting forth the date of commencement of rents and expiration of the term hereof. Any such statement may be relied upon by any prospective purchaser or encumbrancer of all or any portion of the real property or leasehold estate of which the Premises are a part.

Any such statement may be relied upon by the prospective purchaser or encumbrancer of all or any portion of the real property of which the Premises are a part.
LESSEE'S STATEMENT. Upon the execution of this lease and the delivery of Equipment, Lessee shall be obligated to perform in accordance with the terms hereof, including the payment of the rent prescribed herein. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that time is of the essence hereof.
LESSEE'S STATEMENT. Upon request from Lessor, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver a written statement stating the date this Lease was executed, the Effective Date, the Expiration date, the date Lessee commenced use of the Premises under this Lease certifying that: i) this Lease is in full force and effect and has not been assigned, modified, supplemented or amended in any way (or specifying the date and terms of agreement so affecting this Lease); ii), this Lease represents the entire agreement between the Parties as to the Premises; iii) that all conditions or obligations required to be performed by Lessor have been satisfied; iv) that all required contributions by Lessor (if any) to Lessee on account of Lessee's improvements have been received; v) that there are no existing defenses or offsets which Lessee has against the enforcement of this Lease by Lessor. It is intended that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Statement delivered pursuant to this Section may be relied upon by a prospective purchaser of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest or a mortgagee of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest or assignee of any mortgage upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest in the Premises, or by any entity reviewing the City for bond funding or other municipal financing.
