Common use of Lessee’s Environmental Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Environmental Indemnity. Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Lessor harmless from any liabilities, losses, claims, damages, penalties, fines, attorney fees, expert fees, court costs, remediation costs, investigation costs, or other expenses resulting from or arising out of the use, storage, treatment, transportation, release, presence, generation, or disposal of Hazardous Materials on, from or about the Project, and/or subsurface or ground water from an act or omission of Lessee (or Lessee’s successor-in-interest), its agents, employees, invitees, vendors or contractors.

Lessee’s Environmental Indemnity. Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, protect indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any liabilities, losses, claims, damages, penalties, fines, attorney fees, expert fees, court costs, remediation costs, investigation costs, or other expenses resulting from or arising out of the use, storage, treatment, transportation, release, presence, generation, or disposal of Hazardous Materials on, from or about the Project, and/or subsurface or ground water water, from an act or omission of Lessee (or Lessee’s 's successor-in-interest), its agents, employees, invitees, vendors vendors, contractors, guests or contractorsvisitors.
