Common use of LESSEE SHALL HOLD LESSOR HARMLESS Clause in Contracts

LESSEE SHALL HOLD LESSOR HARMLESS. The Lessee shall safeguard the Leasehold against damage, waste or trespass and shall hold harmless the Lessor from any liability or loss thus incurred. If the Lessee violates any term or condition of this Lease Agreement, the Lessee shall hold harmless the Lessor for any damage, expense, or loss incurred in connection with such violation, and any subsequent termination of this Lease Agreement.
