Lessee Payment Instructions. The Administrative Agent shall take all necessary steps to ensure that all funds on deposit in each Rental Account (including any Non-Trustee Account) are, to the extent required by the Indenture, transferred from such Rental Account to the Collections Account within one Business Day of receipt thereof (other than certain limited amounts, if any, required to be left on deposit for local, legal or regulatory reasons).
