Common use of Lessee May Terminate Clause in Contracts

Lessee May Terminate. If the Lessor gives a Reinstatement Notice to the Lessee and fails to commence the Reinstatement Works within a reasonable time, the Lessee may terminate this Lease by giving not less than thirty (30) days’ notice to the Lessor and, at the expiration of that period, this Lease will terminate.
