LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer as agent for the Issuer shall send to each Lessee under each Lease Agreement that will be the subject of a Loan a written certificate in substantially the form as may be required in the relevant Lease Supplement or such other form as may be agreed by the Administration Agent.
